2015 Perpetual Moshin, "Bordeaux" Style Red Wine
A beautiful representation of all five of the Bordeaux varietals, Perpetual Moshin is a co-fermentation of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 2% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Malbec. Inviting aromas of complex black plum and red fruit, cigar box, and floral notes are followed by flavors of black cherry, rare steak, and fine tannin - well-defined and balanced. Aged 24 months in 80% new French oak.
