By joining the Moshin Wine Club, I understand that my credit card will be charged twice a year for my club level of wine selections, applicable tax, and shipping costs. I am responsible for providing Moshin Vineyards with my current credit card and address information. I am responsible for payment when the wine is delivered to the address on file, whether or not I receive it. Someone 21 years of age or older must sign for wine at delivery. If I do not pick up my wine as scheduled, it will be shipped at my expense. Due to constant changes in shipping regulations, shipments may be suspended if an alternative delivery location is unavailable. My membership can be canceled any time after receipt of the second shipment by writing to Moshin Vineyards.
