By joining the Moshin Wine Club, I understand that my credit card will be charged for my club level of wine selections, applicable tax and shipping costs twice a year. I am responsible for providing current credit card and address information to Moshin Vineyards. I am responsible for payment when wine is delivered to the address on file, whether or not I receive it. Someone 21 years of age or older must sign for wine at delivery. If I do not pick up my wine as scheduled, it may be shipped at my expense. Due to constant changes in shipping regulations, shipments may be suspended if an alternative delivery location is not available. My membership can be cancelled at any time after receipt of the first shipment by writing to Moshin Vineyards.
